HOW TO CHANGE WINDOWS 7 Lock Screen BACKGROUND WALLPAPER 

When you start your computer then you see this type of IMAGE

IF U WANT TO CHANGE THIS BLUE LOCK SCREEN IMAGE 

Then Simply follow my steps

1  open "C" derive  or "OS"derive in your computer.then open window file . ,now opensystem32 file,
then open oobe file,then open info file now open backgrounds file and paste image in folder. further you see this type of image

then click continue, 

and rename image and write image name backgrounds 1 and click ok.

Then you see this type of image
then again click continue.
Now it will be set Image or wallpaper.
